How Cyberpunk Is A Neutral Connotation Of Accelerationism...
Cyberpunk is a neutral connotation of accelerationism situated between the left and right wings. Like a perpendicular spike with equal magnitude that juts from the tangential line that connects the forward progress of technological advancements. A warning. Accelerationism in itself is divided, the same coin with radically different faces. The left, which aims at moving away from capitalism and its hindering effects which hold back true unbridled technological growth and the right which, on the other hand, aims at advancing the technological state to increase capital, consumerism and the spectacle as outlined by the situationists. In doing this our process has focused on industrialization around the capitalist ideals, producing technology not for the good of humanity but rather for luxury and pleasure. In these ends, it would be fair to say that we as a society have currently reached a harmonious state of right wing accelerationism, driven to make the capital gains fueled technology rather than human labor. This is very obvious in places where factory jobs used to hold a city together, such as Detroit, but have subsequently collapsed in on themselves because the labor market have moved from hands to rotors. This process has been vastly aided by mega corporations such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon and other technology giants but this is not slated to be the case forever. Notre Dame De Paris, Ill De la Cite (1163-1345) The building that has taken my interest is Notre Dame De Paris, which literally meaner â€Å"Our Lady of Paris†in French. When one thinks of Gothic architecture, majority will think of Notre Dame as it is one the most significant French catholic cathedral that is distinctively Gothic. Because Notre Dame has seen many reconstruction in its days, its early construction in the period sass is characterized as Early Gothic and adopt similar pointed arch that transcends from late Romanesque. By the end of 18th century, many of cathedral’s treasure were either stolen or destroyed from the war. However, the cathedral’s great bells were still preserved and was used as a warehouse to store food. Victor’s Hugo novel, â€Å"The Hunchback of Notre Dame†in 1831 has drawn a huge attention to the dilapidated state of the cathedral and probably has instigated the restoration project in 1845. Notre Dame too was first of its kind to utilize the flying buttress in which to support the thin exterior walls. It is built around the choir and nave to withstand the stress fracture that begins to happen as the thin wall pushes outward. Other architectural advancement that precedes here is the ribbed vaults that can be found above the double aisle surrounding the choir. Other features that embody the Gothic style are the rose windows that brings in magnificent natural lighting to the interior. More over there are many diverse characteristics that can help us to identify a Gothic structure such as gee archways, ornately crafted spires and lace like tracery, serve to hide the bulk of the load bearing 3. Since all works of religious art goes beyond the artistic expression, these Gothic features accentuates the lightness and grandeur of spiritual space. Most are focused ‘upwards’, perhaps in reference of Heaven or presence of higher heavenly being. I suddenly couldnt breathe. I only could think of the worse that my family member is on that other side of the door, and I hadnt had a chance to say goodbye. But then they turned around, I felt their pain and sorrow as I have been there a many of times before, but they were not familiar, they werent my family.I walked past them and penned the door. There she was In a gloomy but calm mood, my grandma. She had motioned me to come near, as she had always done before. I finally let out a breath of that I had been holding in for quite some time. My grandma held me close and said Dont worry about me; I have cancer but my faith is way too strong in the Lord to give up now. As I heard her say these very few words, I only could smile because I knew she was a fighter and she does not give up under any circumstance. As a few hours had passed we talked and talked and Just enjoyed each others company, as a Emily should.Time was winding down, and it was now time for me to leave and I kissed her goodbye and I left the hospital. For the next few months I had watched her get weaker physically but stronger spiritually. She had lost her hair but never did she lose her pride. After 8 months the cancer had cleared. They can be either independent or dependent. Do you see how independent they really are? They make sense even when theyre separated. Putting a period between two independent clauses usually doesnt make them any harder to understand. The rhythm or flow of the writing is a little choppier, but that is it. Most of the time, long sentences are overused and short sentences are underused. Pay attention to your writing. Are you jamming multiple thoughts in one sentence? Lucas Pinckney’s mother had an unknown illness because even though she was still alive, she is not mentioned as having much authority in supervising the plantation nor her daughter for that matter. As the Great Awakening began its move to the South in the 1740s, Pinckney appears to have remained unaffected; her letter illustrates that she continued to emphasize a ration al piety, a view that Pinckney perceived as rooted in God’s Word.†2 Most women accepted that prevailing religious view that women should be in submission to God and their husbands or fathers regardless of whether they were Anglican or evangelical.
